Jeanne Polasky is the Clinical Director of United Family & Children's Society. She is a Rutgers University MSW graduate, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and Certified Supervisor who brings 40 years of clinical experience to her position. She provides treatment with a psychodynamic and client-centered focus while recognizing the importance of maintaining an eye toward the system each client lives within. She has specialized training in Child Sexual Abuse treatment, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Juvenile Firesetting Evaluation, and Treatment and Suicide Prevention. She has also been the agency's Director of Adoption with expertise in all aspects of adoption, and she herself is an adoptive parent. Her tenure at the agency is approaching 37 years and she’s devoted herself to its mission and purpose.
